📦 Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

⚠️ Note: Products used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

  • Share clear pictures/video proof of the product
  • Our team will review and guide you within 24 hours

💸 Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–4 business days
  • Refunds are usually issued via:

    • JazzCash / EasyPaisa

  • We offer free exchange for damaged or wrong items
  • Exchange delivery may take 3–4 working days

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Opened/used personal care items (if applicable)
  • Products without original packaging

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we cover the shipping cost
  • Otherwise, return shipping may be charged to the customer
