- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

- Share clear pictures/video proof of the product
- Our team will review and guide you within 24 hours
💸 Refund Policy
- Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–4 business days

- We offer free exchange for damaged or wrong items
- Exchange delivery may take 3–4 working days
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Opened/used personal care items (if applicable)
- Products without original packaging
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we cover the shipping cost
